My educational background includes a B.S. in Psychology, a M.S. in clinical psychology, and a doctorate in clinical psychology (Psy.D) from California Southern University. My work experience encompasses extensive experience in mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, multi-substance abuse disorder and assisting with periods of adjustment. I help my clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships that would eventually improve their overall well-beings.

I am aware that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theories, grounding techniques, mindfulness meditation, and attachment-focused therapy. I have provided both individual, couple, and group therapy to a wide range of individuals. I feel therapy is a journey shared by therapist and client and I strive in creating a safe and inviting space for you to comfortably embark on this journey.

A strong mind results in a healthy and happy life and I want to be the person that helps others achieve that. My training is deeply rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and motivational interviewing. I will utilize techniques that explore your thought process, emotions, and behaviors to assist you in reaching your goals. When working alongside me in treatment, your goals are the utmost important.
